1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All refunds and returns are processed through Paddle in accordance with this policy.

2. Standard Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with FillyDash within the first 14 days of your original purchase, you may request a full refund.

3. Renewals

Refunds are generally not provided for automatic subscription renewals. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle begins to avoid future charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Exception Handling

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of the Service, violation of our Terms of Service, or excessive refund requests.
